A beautiful and perfect mix between ripe banana and a floral earthy taste, both flavours very prominent and overall extremely creamy. Not spicy.

This is one of the most underrated and world-class, yet largely unknown, Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world right now. It’s enormously aromatic with prominent notes of tomato, chamomile and other flowers and herbs. A similar experience on taste. It’s highly complex and well-balanced. Settles well after tasting. Its body is medium and tasting intensity is high. Its spiciness is present but low. It can be paired but is a very enjoyable evoo to simply sip on.
