Very aromatic and sweet

I bought this evoo in a boutique run by the City of Alicante in the castillo (castle) on the top of the Benacantil mountain in Alicante, Spain. The smell is citrus and ripe bananas. On taste smooth, sweet and well-balanced. Citrus and ripe bananas continue to come through on taste. The body is light, the tasting intensity is above moderate. It’s a smooth, sweet, pleasant evoo.
