I bought this Turkish Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bizzar in Istanbul. (District of Eminönü) To date I’ve never seen an EVOO so clear in look and taste. A way to describe its look is like if you were looking at white wine in a glass. There is almost no smell but faint notes of citrus, banana & nuts. The taste is very buttery with a light touch of sweetness and nuts. There is no spice. The evoo was so pleasant that I easily drank the first glass (small glass) without thinking much about it. In summary, an exceptionally light-looking and -smelling evoo with a pleasant taste.
