A pleasant, high-quality evoo that for its complexity is surprisingly low in tasting intensity and spice. It has good balance between being sweet and vegetal. The body is a bit below medium and its tasting intensity is low. This is a good evoo for someone looking for a reasonably complex evoo that’s light.
