A premium and complex evoo. Notes of green banana, cut grass and tomato on smell. The texture is creamy with notes of olives, green banana and a bit floral. The body is above medium and its tasting intensity is high. It leans on the vegetal side (versus fruity) and has attributes of both. This was one of the first evoos I tasted when I was introduced to the world of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 years ago. It’s good to have gotten back to this olive oil again, albeit a newer harvest.
