probably one of my favorite EVOO to drink, as it’s easy soft and quite complex.

More creamy than the intense, weirdly more intense than the intense bottle. It sat better in the stomach than the intense one. Overall the best out of the three different levels of Bustan El Zeitoun.

A complex and well-balanced evoo. A medium body that’s highly reminiscent of tomato, chamomile & green banana. A descent but not long-lasting spice. Its colour is beautiful, swinging on the liquid green side. Its flavour intensity is high. A highly recommended evoo.
