Floral, veggie, & cut grass on smell. The smell also alluded to that it would be spicy. As the juice hits the bottom of the glass it bubbles a bit. On taste green bananas, floral, fresh olives, veggies & buttery in texture. Spice was present but less than I anticipated. Body was light and flavour intensity was medium. Good oil for sipping. I paired it with Alicante-made paella and it paired well.
