This is a strong and complex Greek evoo, interestingly, of a more internationally uncommon variety named Chondrolla. (Produced in the Chalkidiki area, which is in the region of Thessaloniki) Its body is thick (heavy), with prominent fruity and nutty notes. A bit buttery in texture. And a very spicy finish. For those that wish for a flavourful but heavy and spicy evoo, I recommend.
