A great unfiltered EVOO. Very sweet in smell and quite spicy on taste. I would consider drinking this EVOO everyday.

I wasn’t the biggest fan but could do well for cooking purposes. I found it quite thick and it had a long lasting after taste which didn’t suite my palette.

Always nice coming across a non-filtered on a store shelf. Notes of sour apple and peaty (earthy) Taste was robust but so peppery that it didn’t come across well-balanced to me. The apple and earthy notes were prominent to me so could be okay to cook certain dishes with.
