Very good taste. Somewhat spicy but less than a medium wing sauce.

Moderately strong taste, somewhat bitter. I would use this more for cooking over dipping bread.

Very mild, earthy flavour. Very good tasting and easy on the pallet.

There aren’t many options for olive oils at the grocery stores in Canada, and at a reasonable price. However, this one seems very good tasting and priced well.
