Nice tingling and pungent, strong peppery, grassy and nutty flavored.

Light green color soft aroma with almond and pepper hints, but as previously I mentioned well balanced flavor.

Very green because it is unfiltered, with a light smell, I was expecting better from organic grown olives, On the good side full of polyphenols thanks to the organic koroneiki olives and his unfiltered nature.

Smooth buttery, nutty grassy and light peppery taste with a very nice herbal smell, and a very nice dark green color because of his unfiltered nature.
