Really enjoyed the taste / light & smooth. Would be a great Olive Oil, for home made panzerotti sauce.

Initially smooth to the taste & after-taste sharpens up.

Very smooth taste & scent of Fruit trees.

Sharpness in taste & lingers.

Smelled hint of grapes & later tomato.
