10% oiliness, its still oily but not too heavily, slight citrusy and vinegar aromas, smooth on the throat, no herbs or spices in the flavouring, very slightly nutty but barely noticeable

I like the oiliness of it so it doesn’t coat and overtake your mouth too heavily.
The spiciness and acidity would be a reason for me to deduct 1 star. Overall the EVOO is a good find, and definitely feels like good quality and overall high value.

Aroma is light and not overly pungent, definitely has nutty flavours, texture is a bit too oily for my liking however would go well with a salad, not the biggest fan of the oiliness when sipping on it. The butteriness of it felt like it coated and overlayed on my tastebuds

Very aromatic with grass like scent and pungent green aromas, 2/5 for spiciness and slight hit on the throat aftertaste
