This EVOO is excellent. The smell is complex, floral and sweet while the taste is nicely bitter with a good hint of many flavors. The color is vibrant green almost neon. Highly recommend.

Spicy and Intense

You can’t go wrong with Oro Bailén. Smells and tastes like green apple with a hint of grass and cucumber.

Moderately strong taste, somewhat bitter. I would use this more for cooking over dipping bread.

On smell it becomes immediately clear that this evoo is complex and will have high tasting intensity. Its notes are reminiscent of tomatoes, a light aroma of almonds, cut grass, and is vegetal. (Such as artichoke) Its taste is well-balanced and spicy. A world-class evoo.
