This EVOO is excellent. The smell is complex, floral and sweet while the taste is nicely bitter with a good hint of many flavors. The color is vibrant green almost neon. Highly recommend.

You can’t go wrong with Oro Bailén. Smells and tastes like green apple with a hint of grass and cucumber.

Moderately strong taste, somewhat bitter. I would use this more for cooking over dipping bread.
