Purchased at COSTCO. Quite spicy, not a bad cooking oil. Would avoid as a finishing oil

Very flavourful spicy olive oil that would stand out brightly in a salad that needed more kick. Similar spice and taste profile to arugula.

Subtle notes of cut grass, hints of oregano, and green apple

Great gentle aroma of grass like and green banana scents. Pine nuts too. Smooth feel, and spicy finish.
