Strong, intense flavor of green olives 🫒, spicy, and it gives an after taste of spiciness

it’s changing in your throat, it’s strong in the beginning, then it softens to a sweet, nutty and creamy. worth trying, and I’m wondering how it tastes in food !

Soft, harmonious, and a bit spicy. it reminds me of my childhood days in my grandmother’s house in Tunisia. it can be in a salad and it is good for dipping bread.
