Definitely one of the better olive oils I’ve tried. Personally I tasted a little bit of banana at first but then a sudden and strong hit of almonds which lasted quite a while and was very buttery overall. Not too spicy but noticeable which doesn’t last all too long. I would highly recommend

Consistently one of my favourite evoos each year. This evoo has a high note of almonds and a touch of flower and herbs. Its prominent nutty flavour makes this evoo special to me. It’s excellent to sip on or pour on bread.
