Rincón de la Subbética

This is an exceptional EVOO. The smell is very complex, almost like a perfume. The color has this vibrant green touch to it. You can smell very floran and sweet tomato and grass with a mix of many other flavors with it.

Absolutely fantastic. Subtle yet amazing blend between tomato, artichoke and flower which bumps it up from a 4 star to a 5 star
