This is a hot evoo. (In spice that is) Smell is high in green banana. On first taste there is a buttery rush of veggies followed immediately with a heavy and long amount of spice. I’m very happy I found this evoo and for anyone wanting to experience an extremely spicy and tasty evoo I recommend.
A nice, sweet evoo with moderate spice. On smell and taste: Cut grass, green bananas and nuts. Spiciness is moderate, body is a bit below moderate and tasting intensity is medium.
A real distinct taste of ripe banana with this evoo. Olive tree leaves and nuts are also present. The body is light and the tasting intensity is below moderate. There is little to no spice. Overall a light evoo that is pleasant and well-balanced.
On first smell green banana, cut grass and almond. Something about the smell indicated too to me that the texture would be creamy. This evoo didn’t let me down–On first sip a creamy texture flushed my mouth. On taste, notes of veggie, chocolate, green banana, and almonds. Body is medium and flavour intensity is moderate.
On smell this EVOO has a really ripe banana smell. On taste a blast of ripe banana as the prominent note. I’m very happy to have found it. The spiciness level is low to moderate. Its body is a bit above medium. It’s flavour intensity is moderate. Its texture is creamy. A good EVOO for sipping.
This is a light and buttery EVOO. It’s very easy to drink—A good starter EVOO for someone new to EVOOs. This is also a good EVOO for first-of-the-day-sipping. (I’m drinking it most days while in Tunisia after waking up) Its flavour intensity is low, its body is light and it has a low but present amount of spice.
A smooth, spicy, buttery & well-balanced olive oil. I bought this EVOO from a boutique in La Marsa, Tunisia, directly from one of the store keepers, whose orchard the olives come from. This EVOO is medium in body with plenty of banana between ripe and green.
A light-flavoured EVOO. The dominant flavour is ripe banana with a little bit of nuts. Spiciness is present but interestingly delayed but lasting for several minutes. The body is light.
This EVOO brings a high green banana flavour immediately with notes of citrus in the background. The spiciness level is low to none. The body is light. And the overall flavour level is moderate. This is not a complex EVOO but it’s pleasant and easy to sip in the mornings. Would likely add some flavour to a salad.
This review is for the Lah neya brand. This EVOO is low in flavour intensity. Its body is light. Its dominant flavour is ripe banana. Its smell and spiciness is low to none. Overall it’s a smooth, well-balanced & pleasant EVOO.
it's changing in your throat, it's strong in the beginning, then it softens to a sweet, nutty and creamy. worth trying, and I'm wondering how it tastes in food !
Soft, harmonious, and a bit spicy. it reminds me of my childhood days in my grandmother's house in Tunisia. it can be in a salad and it is good for dipping bread.
Lah neya tastes and smells light for me. It tastes buttery and a little sweet. the taste doesn't stay long in your mouth. it vanishes after minutes i recommend it for kids and Bsisa preparing
